At WithQuinn, our core philosophy is that your memories belong to you, not the cloud. The WithQuinn application is designed as a Local-First experience. This means that your photos, audio recordings, sensory data, and journal entries are processed and stored directly on your device's storage. We do not transmit your personal memory data to our servers.

2. Data We Collect

Because we prioritize on-device storage, the data we collect is minimal:

• Waitlist Information: When you sign up for our beta/waitlist, we collect your email address. This is stored securely via our hosting provider (Netlify) solely for the purpose of contacting you regarding access.
• Usage Analytics (Anonymized): We may collect anonymous, aggregate telemetry data (e.g., "app crashed," "feature opened") to improve stability. This data is never linked to your personal content.

3. AI & Processing

The "Sensory Agent" features utilize on-device processing capabilities where possible. In instances where cloud processing is required for advanced synthesis, data is anonymized, processed transiently, and immediately discarded by the server. It is never used to train external models.
