1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the WithQuinn website or joining our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Beta Access

WithQuinn is currently in a pre-release "Beta" phase. By joining the waitlist, you acknowledge that the product is still in development. We do not guarantee that every user on the waitlist will be granted access immediately.

3. Use of Service

You agree to use WithQuinn only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all content (memories, photos, text) that you create using the application. Since WithQuinn is a local-first application, you are responsible for backing up your own data on your device.

4. Limitation of Liability

WithQuinn and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, resulting from your use of the service.
